By creating an account or using Ferrum Vault, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Ferrum Vault is a cloud-based media review and delivery platform allowing operators to upload, organise, and share media files with clients via secure links.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading content, you grant Ferrum Inc. a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for all content you upload.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, violates third-party privacy, or constitutes spam.
FERRUM VAULT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FERRUM INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
